Friday - January 27th - Kick Off!

Location: Norstedts Juridik, Warfvinges väg 39, Stockholm (T-bana: Stadshagen)
Agenda:

  • 5:30 pm - Doors open at Norstedts Juridik offices in Stadshagen Stockholm
  • 5:30 pm - Registration and networking onsite
  • 6:00 pm - Welcome speech by the Bootcamp Team
  • 6:20 pm - What are your intentions for the Bootcamp? What do you want to get out of it?
  • 6:30 pm - Design Thinking - The method and roadmap for the weekend
  • 7:00 pm - Time to meet your team, mentor and partner - introduction to your challenge for the weekend
  • 9:00 pm - Catch up


  • We will serve vegan poke bowls and drinks during the evening!


Saturday - January 28th - Time to Start Innovating

Location: Mentimeter, Tulegatan 11, Stockholm (T-bana: Rådmansgatan)
Agenda:

  • 8:30 am - Doors open and breakfast at Mentimeter’s Office
  • 9:00 am - Welcome to day two!
  • 9:15 am - The Design Thinking Roadmap: where are we now and where are we going?
  • 9:45 am - Primed for Co-Creation: Cosmin Lupu
  • 10:00 am - Time to work in teams
  • 12:00 pm - Lunch is served, eat at own pace
  • 13:30 pm - Round Robin exercise together
  • 15:30 pm - Vegan Wraps available
  • 17:00 pm - Day two closing remarks & feedback
  • 17:30 pm - Doors at main venue close


Sunday - January 29th - Day 2 of working + presentations

Location: Mentimeter, Tulegatan 11, Stockholm (T-bana: Rådmansgatan)

  • 9:00 am - Welcome to day three!
  • 9:10 am - The Design Thinking Roadmap: where are we now and where are we going?
  • 9:25 am - Pitching; what to keep in mind
  • 9:30 am - Work in Teams
  • 12:00 pm - Lunch is served, eat at own pace
  • 14:30 pm - Time to crystalize a pitch
  • 15:00 pm - Pitch and review time!
  • 15:45 pm - Closing off activity
  • 16:15 pm - Closing remarks & feedback
